Today I did my workout outside so that I could utilise my skipping rope and boxing bag.
Cardio & Strength
(30 secs on and 15 secs off - rest/getting ready for next exercise)
- (Knee) Push-ups
I repeated this set 3 times without a break in between each one. I thought that I’d be more tired from the skipping but it did not affect me all that much. So if I do something similar in the future, I might extend my skipping periods to longer or increase the intensity. On the other hand, the burpees hurt! They are probably my least favourite exercise.
I also did some boxing afterwards. However, it was freestyle and I did not time it.
